A complimentary butternut squash soup came before our starter. We ordered mini steak tartare (delish with quails egg and truffle on top) followed by theeee most amazing scallops done on the grill with a chimichurra salsa (minus vile coriander!) they were stand out!! One glass of wine each to wash it down. Complimentary cava on arrival ✅ (nice touch!), they left us to peruse the menu. On arrival we were greeted by a ‘brusque’ young chica but who did her job leading us to our table then with a smile and a wink she sat us down and was warm and friendly. After a walk through the bustle of early evening trendy Madrid we arrived at the lovely frontage of Raza. idea of being a ‘steak’ restaurant put you off as it’s far from that alone. After a bit of research we stumbled upon Raza with a menu that seemed right up our street don’t let the. My partner and I are always keen to try somewhere new in this brilliant vibrant city.
